It was just brought to our attention that there is a bird that has a song consisting of a series of “wee-see”s. Pretty cool in it’s own right, but one might have assumed this given the simplicity of those words. But when we went and saw WHICH bird it was… Let’s just say it took a few minutes for our jaws to come back up off the floor. It’s the Black and White Warbler. Have a listen to its song.

Although we believe Wee See to be vastly different than what is typically labeled as television, learning about the impact of the medium can only help make informed choices for our families. Lisa Guernsey’s book is an excellent, well-researched examination of all sides that will perhaps help you shape some of your own positions.
